Anti Wrinkle injections
-
Botox, also known as anti-wrinkle injections, is a prescription-only treatment that uses botulinum toxin to relax targeted facial muscles, softening the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by repeated expressions such as frowning, squinting, or raising the eyebrows.
-
The Bocouture brand is used.
-
During the procedure, a qualified doctor administers a series of small injections into precise muscle groups using an ultra-fine needle, with the entire consultation and treatment typically completed within 15–30 minutes.
-
There is little to no downtime, meaning most clients return to their normal daily activities immediately afterwards, although mild redness or small bumps at the injection sites usually settle within a few hours.
-
Results are not instant: it generally takes 3–14 days for the full effect to develop, and the treatment is typically repeated every 3–4 months to maintain results.
-
Side effects are usually mild and temporary, and may include bruising, swelling, headache, or, rarely, temporary drooping of the eyebrow or eyelid if the toxin migrates from the intended area
Dermal filler
-
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments, most commonly based on hyaluronic acid, used to restore lost volume, enhance facial contours, and smooth deeper lines and folds in areas such as the lips, cheeks, jawline, and under-eyes.
The aim of filler is to provide facial harmony and replace volume loss. Treatment can therefore be categorised into the following:
Facial/profile balancing
Structural rejuvenation
-
The Stylage range by Vivacy is used in clinic.
-
A typical dermal filler appointment takes around 30–60 minutes depending on the number of areas treated.
In the procedure, a qualified doctor injects the gel-like filler beneath the skin at carefully mapped depths and points, often using a cannula or fine needle, to sculpt and add structure to the treated area.
-
Downtime is generally minimal, with most people resuming normal activities the same day, though some swelling, tenderness, or bruising in the treated area can last anywhere from a few days up to two weeks.
-
Results can last from 6 to 12 months depending on the product used and the area injected.
-
Possible side effects include swelling, bruising, lumps or asymmetry, and in rare cases, vascular occlusion, which is why treatment by a qualified, experienced medical professional is essential.
Skin boosters and Regenerative treatments
-
Skin Boosters
Skin boosters are a family of injectable treatments — including Profhilo, polynucleotides, and Sunekos — designed to improve the skin's underlying quality rather than add volume or change facial shape. Instead of filling lines or enhancing contours, skin boosters work by delivering hydrating and bio-stimulating ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, amino acids, or DNA fragments, directly into the skin to boost hydration, stimulate collagen and elastin production, and improve overall texture, tone, and elasticity from within.
One of the biggest advantages of skin boosters is their ability to deliver subtle, natural-looking results. Because they work with the skin's own repair processes rather than adding bulk beneath the surface, there's no risk of the overfilled, "puffy" appearance sometimes associated with heavier volumising treatments. This makes skin boosters an ideal option for clients who want radiant, healthy-looking skin while still looking like themselves — refreshed and glowing rather than visibly "done."
They're also a popular choice for those wanting to maintain results from previous filler treatments, investing in your skin and getting ahead of skin damage, prejuvenation for clients looking to protect skin quality early, or as a standalone treatment for anyone chasing that coveted lit-from-within glow.
Profhilo
Profhilo is an injectable bio-remodelling treatment made from a stabilised, high-concentration form of hyaluronic acid that works to hydrate the skin from within, improve elasticity, and stimulate the skin's own collagen and elastin production, rather than adding volume like traditional fillers.
Polynucleotides
Polynucleotide treatments use naturally derived DNA fragments, typically sourced from salmon sperm, to stimulate tissue repair, boost collagen production, and improve skin quality, making them particularly effective for under-eye rejuvenation, acne scarring, and overall skin regeneration.
Sunekos
Sunekos is an injectable skin bio-revitalisation treatment that combines low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid with a patented blend of amino acids to stimulate the skin's fibroblasts, encouraging the natural production of collagen and elastin to improve skin quality, hydration, and firmness.

Profhilo
Profhilo is injected into five key points on each side of the face (or other areas such as the neck or hands), using a technique known as the BAP (bio aesthetic points) method, allowing the product to spread evenly beneath the skin. Each session takes approximately 20–30 minutes (multiple areas may require more time).
Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are injected into the skin at a superficial level using a series of fine micro-injections across the target area. This includes under eyes, cheeks, forehead, neck or scalp. Each session takes approximately 20–30 minutes (multiple areas may require more time).
Sunekos
Sunekos is administered as a series of micro-injections across the treatment area, commonly the face, neck, décolletage, or under-eyes, delivering the formula evenly into the skin's dermal layer. Each session takes approximately 20–30 minutes (multiple areas may require more time).
-
Profhilo
Downtime is minimal, with most clients seeing small, temporary bumps at the injection sites that flatten within 24–48 hours, allowing a quick return to daily routines.
Polynucleotides
Downtime is generally low, with some temporary swelling, redness, or small bumps expected in the first 24–48 hours, particularly around the delicate under-eye area.
Sunekos
Downtime is minimal, with most clients experiencing only slight redness or small bumps that resolve within a day or two, allowing an immediate return to normal activities.
-
Profhilo
A full course usually involves two treatments spaced four weeks apart, with results building gradually and lasting several months.
Polynucleotides
A course of 2–4 treatments spaced two to four weeks apart is usually recommended for optimal results, which can last several months.
Sunekos
A full course typically consists of four treatments spaced one to two weeks apart, with visible improvements developing gradually over several weeks and results lasting several months.
-
Profhilo
Side effects are typically mild, including temporary swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness at the injection points.
Polynucleotides
Side effects are usually mild and short-lived, including bruising, swelling, or temporary lumpiness at the injection sites.
Sunekos
Side effects are generally mild and may include temporary swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness at the injection sites.
